We need you to join our agile sales team and help with our sales operations.
What you will be doing:
Communicate with current and prospective customers (mainly pharmaceutical companies) over the phone, e-mail or LinkedIn.
Arrange and attend online or rarely face-to-face customer meetings, present UzmanFikir as a solution and prepare meeting notes
Keep the CRM updated with latest contact information and progress
Prepare proposal documents
Follow-up with due-diligence processes and agreements
What you will NOT be doing, unless you want to:
Manage online or social media marketing campaigns
Provide user or customer support
You should apply if:
You are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, using fluent Turkish and English languages
You can understand and explain complex things clearly
You are methodical and diligent
You have demonstrable knowledge and previous experience of B2B sales processes, or preferably, previous experience at a pharmaceutical company

If you are a good fit, we will contact you to invite you to a 15-minute hands-on interview. You will be given a few relatively real-world customer scenarios to tackle.
Applicants that pass the first interview will be invited to a second interview with slightly harder sales process questions.
